Users can add KPIs to individual tiles that are displayed on a dashboard.
These KPIs can be set up to alert you, via email, when the KPI reaches a certain value.
To set up a KPI alert:
- Go to the required dashboard
- In the top right corner of a KPI tile, click on the bell icon
- Configure the parameters that will trigger the KPI alert
- Click Set Alert
Note:
Only KPI tiles have the option to set KPI alerts
If a tile does not have a bell icon in the top right corner it must be an Insight tile
