Added: User Management: New easier filtering options for managing the user list
Enhanced: Creating or editing Incident Types must have a value in the Name field to be able to be saved
Fixed: When a user was created with standard permissions and added to specific projects then had their permissions upgraded, the projects they were added against retained the original permissions assigned

Bookings

Daily Report
Fixed: When selecting the calendar icon to set a future on-site day the pop up to select the date was partially obscured

Equipment
Fixed: Fatal Error was occurring when a user assigned an employee from a different employer to an existing Equipment record
Fixed: Were not able to Save as Draft when Equipment Type had Signature with Name field
Inspections
Fixed: When completing an Equipment Inspection via a QR code Inspection Types were not being displayed without first selecting an Inspection Category
Fixed: Equipment inspection checklists were displaying Yes / No / N/A options as Yes / N/A / No
JHAs
Added: New system configuration options available to prevent communications being sent to Personnel in relation to JHA changes
Added: When deactivating an employer;
- If they are the only active employer against a SDS it also mark that SDS and associated JHAs as Not in Use
- If there are other active employers against the SDS used by this employer it will only mark that employers JHAs as Not in Use
Meetings
Enhanced: Disabled the Submit button after it’s been clicked to avoid duplicate records being created
Observations
Fixed: In some instances if a user lost connectivity while completing an observation the screen was greyed out preventing submission
Fixed: When resolving an Observation from the Review page the uploaded fix photo was not being saved
Permits
Enhanced: Allows Personnel from multiple employers to sign on to a Permit via the QR code. This functionality is enabled via a configuration setting in environment setup.
Fixed: Was displaying SWMS terminology instead of JHAs
Personnel
Fixed: Fatal error was occurring when downloading the Reportable Questions Report that contains records with duplicate IDs
Fixed: Fatal Error was occurring when approving orientations where the Personnel record had duplicate custom field entries
Fixed: When Cloning Licences the assigned images where not being shown on the new licence
Fixed: Unable to save changes when editing an email address for a Personnel record when the Issuer field of a licence was empty
Fixed: Invalid request error was shown when an email was entered that contained a blank space before or after the entered address
Fixed: When an Employer made & saved a change to a Personnel record the value in the Worker Profile Custom Identifier field was cleared
Fixed: Custom Sections were incorrectly being validated upon editing a record
Fixed: ‘File Upload’ or ‘Image Upload’ in a subform popup window were not saving on submit
Pre Task Plans
Fixed: Standard user permissions had access to ‘Submit & Approve’ option when submitting a Pre Task Plan

Safety Data Sheets
